Sick Leave Pay Eligibility Requirements. A. The employee must meet the definition of a regular employee. B. During the first six (6) months of employment, employees are not eligible to accumulate sick leave on a per pay period basis. After completion of six (6) months of service as a regular employee, the employee's sick leave account will be credited with six (6) days of sick leave which is then available for use, subject to the provisions of this Article.
