SICK LEAVE PAYOFF UPON THE DEATH OF AN EMPLOYEE – NON- PERSABLE. 1. Upon a unit employee’s death, his/her beneficiaries or estate shall be entitled to receive the same accumulation and conversion benefit payoff as the unit employee would have received were he/she alive and had favorably resigned or retired.
