Common use of Sick Leave Revoked Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Revoked. The City Manager shall revoke sick leave, if the employee or family member is not, in fact, sick or incapacitated from performing his or her duty, or if he or she has engaged in private or other public work while on such sick leave.
