Sick Leave (Short Term Disability. a) All employees shall be entitled to sick leave and short-term disability benefits in accordance with the Company Policy (as may be amended). The use of sick leave and Short-Term Disability shall be governed in accordance with Company Policy (as may be amended).

The use and accrual of sick leave and Short-Term Disability shall be governed in accordance with Company Policy (as may be amended)Policy. For clarity and in accordance with the Company policy, employees shall receive 100% continuation of pay during periods when an employee is absent due to personal illness, injury, or medical emergency. Sick leave shall not extend beyond 7 calendar days in any one illness.
