Sick Pay or Vacation Pay. Any Operator using sick pay or vacation pay credit shall be given the option of receiving either eight (8) hours pay or an amount equivalent to run pay from their sick or vacation credit. Sick leave without pay will be permitted only after all sick leave with pay has been exhausted.
