Single Event SLA Assessment. In a measurement period, if multiple SLAs are not met as a result of one event (i.e., one event causes multiple incidents which would result in Service Level Credits or liquidated damages assessments, then SANDAG will assess the single largest liquidated damages amount incurred resulting from that event. For clarity, if there are two missed SLAs as a result of one event and the applicable liquidated damages for one is $5,000 and the applicable liquidated damages for the other is $8,000, then the liquidated damages assessed for the single event will be $8,000.
