SINGLE SHIFT LUNCH. (A) The lunch period must be taken at mid shift. Should it be necessary for the operator to work through the lunch period or work any part of the lunch period, he/she shall be paid double (2) time for the lunch period, and he/she shall be allowed fifteen (15) minutes for lunch not to exceed one (1) hour after mid shift.
