Vacation Fund. It is agreed that all employers covered by the Agreement shall subtract a sum as listed in Schedule "A" herein for any compensable hour from each employee's net paycheck (after taxes) and shall pay this to a Vacation Fund as set forth herein. (Note: These sums shall be deductions (after taxes) from the rates shown in Schedule "A"). Said contribution shall be made to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Vacation Trust of Western Washington in the manner as set forth in this Trust Agreement of said Trust. The details of such Vacation Plan established by the Trust Fund and this Trust Fund itself shall continue to be controlled and administered by a Joint Board of Trustees composed of equal representation of labor and management who are signatories to the Trust Agreement of the aforesaid Trust Fund. Each Trustee appointed by the Union shall be a member of the Union and employed by the Union and each Management trustee shall be a salaried executive or officer of a signatory Employer, or an employee of an Employer association on behalf of its member employers.
Vacation Fund. The Agreement provides, inter alia, for the receipt of contributions by the Vacation Fund for the purpose of providing vacation benefits to eligible workers and their families, in such form and amounts as the Trustees of the Vacation Fund may determine in conformity with the discretion vested in them under provisions set forth in the Trust Agreement. The EMPLOYER agrees to contribute for each EMPLOYEE covered by this Agreement to the Vacation Fund in the manner provided herein, in the then current amounts and for the periods as set forth in Article 5.
Vacation Fund. (a) The Building and Public Works Laborers’ Vacation Trust Fund hereinafter referred to as the “Vacation Fund,” established in 1955, shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

Vacation Fund. Further, it is agreed that the amount set forth in Section 8.1 above for vacation shall be deducted from the wages of the Employees and paid by the Employer in accordance with Section 8.9 below.
Vacation Fund. All persons, firms or corporations who are signatory parties, or who may become signatory parties to this Agreement shall pay into the Operating Engineer Employer Vacation Fund for the purpose of providing vacation benefits to all eligible employees covered by this Agreement the contribution rate specified in Article IX, Section
Vacation Fund. 1. The Contractor agrees to pay monthly into the Michigan Laborers' Vacation Fund the hourly contribution rate listed in Article V per hour for each hour actually paid each employee doing work covered by this agreement. The above-specified Vacation Fund payments shall be subject to overtime rates the same as wages and shall be remitted to the Fund for all hours paid. All Vacation payments shall constitute a part of, and shall be included with, the employee's gross wages for the purpose of computing all payroll withholdings, such as income tax, social security and other required deductions.
Vacation Fund. Effective October 1, 2006, 16 upon notification, the Employer shall deduct 17 from the employee wages for each hour worked, 18 the sum of ($1.00 per hour worked) from each
Vacation Fund. (a) Vacation Fund jointly administered by both parties. The Employer agrees to withhold from net wages (after tax deductions) due all Journeymen in the employ of the Employer, in accordance with the Trust Agreement that has been established and approved by both parties to the agreement. There are six (6) options available for vacation money to be withheld from the Employees’ pay, 1) No money taken out, 2) One ($1.00) dollar per hour taken out after taxes, 3) Two ($2.00) dollars per hour taken out after taxes, 4) Three ($3.00) dollars per hour taken out after taxes, 5) Four ($4.00) dollars per hour taken out after taxes or 6) Five ($5.00) dollars per hour taken out after taxes. Only one declaration of the options can be taken when initially hired, or, in the month of January in each calendar year.
Vacation Fund. DC Electric Group, Inc., shall offer employees the opportunity to defer a portion of their regular paycheck via direct deposit into an employee bank account for the purpose of having a personal vacation fund. Any money deferred will be deferred from the employee’s regular pay and therefore be funded by the employees. The employer shall provide the administration of these Vacation Fund payroll deductions at no cost to the employee through the employers’ regular payroll activities.
