Common use of Single Source Selection Clause in Contracts

Single Source Selection. Services for training estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000 equivalent, may, with the Association's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Services for specialized training estimated to cost less that can only be provided by one educational institution, costing not more than $30,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000 equivalent1,400,000 in the aggregate, may, with the AssociationBank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.
