Common use of Site Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Site Evaluation. Contractor shall perform an evaluation of the Site for the Project and make recommendations relating to scope, constructability, and schedule of the Project. Contractor shall also review the scope of necessary demolition work, if any, to develop a hazardous materials removal plan. The purpose of this evaluation is to improve the Project’s design and minimize unforeseen conditions. At Owner’s request, Contractor shall provide the results of its evaluation in written form to the Owner.
