Site Inductions. Unless specifically stated in this quotation, no allowance had been made for any site inductions. These, where required, will be charged to the customer.

Site Inductions. (a) in the event the Customer requires an employee or sub-contractor of the Agent to undertake a Site induction during working hours, the Customer will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction is needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Customer shall be liable to pay the Agent’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or (b) where the Agent is in control of the Site, the Customer and/or the Customers third party contractors must initially carry out the Agent’s Health & Safety induction course before access to the Site will be granted. Inspection of the Site during the course of the Services will be by appointment only and unless otherwise agreed, in such an event the Customer and/or third party acting on behalf of the Customer must at all times be accompanied by the Agent.

Site Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of RHCS to undertake a Site induction prior to or at the time of initial entry, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period; or (b) where RHCS is in control of the Site, the Client and/or the Client’s third party contractors must initially carry out RHCS’s Health & Safety induction course before access to the Site will be granted. Inspection of the Site during the course of the Services will be by appointment only and unless otherwise agreed, in such an event the Client and/or third party acting on behalf of the Client must at all times be accompanied by RHCS; (c) access to the Site will not be available until all parties have completed the Site induction.

  • Site Investigation Developer has made a careful investigation of the Site and is familiar with the requirements of the Contract Documents and has accepted the readily observable, existing conditions of the Site.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Induction The Employer shall provide a copy of this agreement to newly hired employees within the first thirty (30) days of employment and shall introduce newly hired employees to a Union Shop Xxxxxxx in the workplace. The Shop Xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity, not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, to talk to the new employee. The new employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx will not have wages or benefits deducted during this time.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
