Site Location and Setting. The Cohoes former MGP Site, which occupies an area of approximately 10 acres, is located in the City of Cohoes, Albany County, New York. A Site location map is provided as Figure 1-1, and plan of the current Site configuration is shown on Figure 1-2. The Site is bordered by: XXX Xxxxx 000 to the west; a distributary channel of the Mohawk River to the east; and residential properties to the north and south. In the northern part of the Site, Linden Street (a paved street) is positioned on the east side of the Site, aligned in a north-south direction, near the top of the riverbank. Near the middle of the Site, the road turns, where it becomes Whitehall Street (a paved street) and is aligned in an east-west orientation and runs from the eastern side of the Site to the western side. On the western side of the Site, Whitehall Street climbs partway up the steep embankment, and then turns toward the south and is aligned in a north-south orientation. Prior to the construction NYS Route 787 and prior to connecting Whitehall Street to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx formerly continued to the north in an alignment that is approximately parallel to the existing alignment of NYS Route 787 (refer to Drawing C-103 in Appendix K). Remnants of several former MGP structures are present at the Site, primarily in the subsurface, including: two gas holders, referred to as the western and eastern gas holders, a structure that housed a purifier room, a retort, an engine room and oil room, a meter room (collectively referred to as the purifier room), and a tar filter. Much of the Site has a gentle eastward slope toward the Mohawk River channel (see Figure 1-2). Directly adjacent to the river channel, the grade is generally steeper, although the bank is not as abrupt in the southern part of the Site. On the west side of the Site there is a steep embankment above which XXX Xxxxx 000 is located. Route 787 is built over the former Champlain Canal (refer to Drawing C-103 in Appendix K). The northern, approximately two-thirds of the Site, is a relatively flat-lying field, mostly grass-covered, although the grass cover is thinner and locally absent in the northern part of this area. An area near the east-central part of the Site is paved; this includes the area where the former St. Michael’s Community Center building was positioned. This building was demolished in 2008.   • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Co-Location 1. Each Party shall ensure that major suppliers in its territory provide to suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party physical co-location of equipment necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements on a timely basis and on terms, conditions and at cost-oriented rates that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Service Location and Equipment The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of services provided in this Contract.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility. Contracting Of- ficer may approve an alternate Scaling site, when Con- tracting Officer determines that Scaling conditions at an alternate site are acceptable.
