Sitting Up. Rank & file and Co-principal Core members may be invited to sit up to a higher tier. There is no entitlement or obligation to sit up but where a Rank & file or Co-principal Core member agrees to sit in a higher tier he or she shall be paid the appropriate rate for the relevant higher tier for any patch of work in which they play any part in a position rated higher than they usually or originally sat.

Sitting Up. Any Musician required to sit up to a higher tier of pay will receive no less than the minimum session rate applicable to that tier.
Sitting Up. Responsibilities Where the Musician is temporarily transferred, for any performance or rehearsal, from his or her normal position in the Orchestra, to a position rated for higher pay under this agreement, the Musician shall receive the appropriate higher rate. Where Sub-Principal and Tutti Players agree to perform in any formal concert setting or related rehearsal in a group of fewer than 13 players, he/she will receive sitting up payments to Principal. In certain instances, where the work involved is of a high level of complexity or high profile then the Society will discuss with the Musician and/or Players’ Committee the appropriateness of making sitting up payments to Section Leader rather than Principal.

  • The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.

  • COMPETENT JURISDICTION The entire Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Gibraltar and irrevocably consents to the service of process out of such Courts by mailing copies thereof by registered mail, postage prepaid to his/her address.
