Sketches. drawings, general notes and other written information that are not included in special provisions or special provision copied notes used in No Plan and Minimum Plan Concept projects will have the same status as plans. The Contractor shall not take advantage of any obvious or apparent error or omission in the Contract Documents, including the plans or Specifications. If the Contractor discovers an error or omission, he shall immediately notify the Engineer. The Engineer will then make such corrections and interpretations as may be deemed necessary for fulfilling the intent of the Contract.
