Common use of Skills and Duties Clause in Contracts

Skills and Duties. An employee at this level performs work to the extent of their skills, competence and training. The employee will have completed the required training or will have the equivalent skills gained through work experience in accordance with the prescribed standards for this level. The employee will undertake indicative tasks within the scope of the skills that the employee possesses. A BT05/BE05 works above and beyond a BT04/BE04 and to the level of their training:
