Motor Vehicle Insurance Sample Clauses

Motor Vehicle Insurance. To the extent benefits are payable under any medical expense payment provision (by whatever terminology used, including such benefits mandated by law) of any motor vehicle insurance policy, such benefits paid by Keystone and provided as a result of an accidental bodily injury arising out of a motor vehicle accident are subject to coordination of benefit rules and subrogation as described in the Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Subrogation sections of this Agreement. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Members are not permitted to assign any right, benefits or payments for benefits under the Agreement to other Members or to Providers or to any other individual or entity. Further, except as required by applicable law, Members are not permitted to assign their rights to receive payment or to bring an action to enforce the Agreement, including, but not limited to, an action based upon a denial of benefits.

Motor Vehicle Insurance. When using motorized vehicles in performance of actions authorized by this contract, Contractor agrees to obtain Motor Vehicle Insurance coverage in the amounts of not less than $500,000 property damage, and $1,000,000 per person, per occurrence. Contractor shall require and maintain proof of current motor vehicle insurance and vehicle registrations of all employees receiving any vehicle reimbursement expenses, including, but not limited to, mileage reimbursement.
Motor Vehicle Insurance. Tenant shall provide and keep in effect motor vehicle liability coverage for all owned and non-owned vehicles, including rented and leased vehicles, used in connection with the operation of the Leased Property, containing minimum limits per occurrence of One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00).

The Client’s notification states the basis on which the amount is calculated and includes details of the calculation. The Client pays the Notified Sum unless he has notified his intention to pay less. Delete the words “After the final payment has been made, the” and replace with “The”.
Motor Vehicle Insurance. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and maintain at its own expense, comprehensive motor vehicle liability insurance covering the use of all owned, non-owned or hired motor vehicles and that the limits on said policy for bodily injury including death resulting therefrom shall be not less than $250,000.00 for each person and $500,000.00 for each occurrence and property damage coverage of not less than $100,000.00.
