Small Business Outreach. The Prime Contractor and the Unions commit to conduct small business outreach to Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBE) certified through the Washington State Office of Women and Minority Business Enterprises. The Prime Contractor and the Unions also commit to outreach to construction contractors in the Small Contractor and Supplier (SCS) program certified through King County. The Port and Unions agree to meet with contractors to provide training and assistance about working under Collective Bargaining Agreements and this PLA.

Small Business Outreach. The Prime Contractor and the Unions commit to conduct small business outreach to woman and minority contractors who are qualified, and are certified under the Port’s Small Contractor and Supplier Program. The Port and Unions agree to meet with contractors to provide training and assistance about working under Collective Bargaining Agreements and this Project Agreement.
Small Business Outreach. The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center has a long history of engagement with and providing assistance to Arkansas small businesses, which are a key constituency we want to reach. Under an existing Level One grant, the center is developing seminar training contents and materials and conducting training events to educate small business owners/employers and their employees about the ACA and to connect employers and employees with IPAs or licensed producers for in-person assistance. This Level One D grant request would extend the funding for this project three months through September 2014.

  • UTILIZATION OF SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS Seller agrees to actively seek out and provide the maximum practicable opportunities for small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, minority business enterprises, historically black colleges and universities and minority institutions, Historically Underutilized Business Zone small business concerns and US Veteran and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business concerns to participate in the subcontracts Seller awards to the fullest extent consistent with the efficient performance of this Contract.

  • Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise (“IVOSB”) participation plan, as detailed in the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A-1” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment. It is the State’s expectation that the Contractor will meet the subcontractor commitments during the Contract term. Xxxxxxxxxx Street, Room W-478, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Failure to provide a copy of any subcontractor agreement may be deemed a violation of the rules governing IVOSB procurement and may result in sanctions allowable under 25 IAC 9-5-2. Requests for changes must be submitted to XxxxxxxXxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.XX.xxx for review and approval before changing the participation plan submitted in connection with this Contract. The Contractor shall report payments made to certified IVOSB subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis using Pay Audit. The Contractor shall notify subcontractors that they must confirm payments received from the Contractor in Pay Audit. The Pay Audit system can be accessed on the IDOA webpage at: xxx.xx.xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Contractor may also be required to report IVOSB certified subcontractor payments directly to the IVOSB Division, as reasonably requested and in the format required by the IVOSB Division. The Contractor’s failure to comply with the provisions in this clause may be considered a material breach of the Contract.

  • Outreach Not less than 30 days prior to the opening of bids or the selection of contractors, the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor shall:

  • Post-Award Small Business Program Re Representation If applicable, The Contractor shall report timely and accurately their small business program re-representation and update XXX.xxx.

  • FIPPA The HSP acknowledges that the LHIN is bound by FIPPA and that any information provided to the LHIN in connection with this Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with FIPPA.

  • Bilingual Pay 1. Except as provided in 2. below, qualified employees who meet the following criteria shall receive an additional forty (40) cents per hour (approximately sixty-nine [69] dollars per month) for all hours actually paid. This will not apply to the class of Interpreter.
