SMALL GRAINS HOLDOVER. Small grains planted during last year of lease contract may be harvested in next year only if the lease is paid in full, but land must be surrendered immediately after harvest or not later than July 1, whichever is sooner, in the year following expiration of the lease contract. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of CLO. In the event small grain crop is pastured out and not mechanically harvested, land shall be surrendered no later than June 1, or when cattle are removed, whichever is sooner, in the year following expiration of lease contract. If small grain is mowed and baled for hay, those acres must be surrendered when xxxxx are removed or no more than 10 days after baling, but no later than June 1 in the year following expiration of the lease contract. All pasture land, including water thereon, must be surrendered December 31st of the final year of the contract.

Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.

  • De-commissioning due to Emergency 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de- commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal to Users and passengers for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency.
