Smoke-Free Complex. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or the building where the Tenant's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community, nor shall Tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Resident and members of Resident's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Resident and members of Resident’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Resident, or the building where the Resident's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas, garage or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the cooperative community, nor shall Resident permit any guests or visitors under the control of Resident to do so. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 25 feet from any entrance or window.
Smoke-Free Complex. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by tenant and members of Tenant’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living. Tenant and members of Tenant’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or in the building where Tenant’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community. Tenant shall not permit any guests or visitors under control of Tenant to do so. As such, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including, but not limited to:
a. Any dwelling unit, including, but not limited to, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathroom, patios, balconies, unit entryway areas, and leased exterior spaces; or
b. In the common areas of any HRHA building, community, common area, or facility.
Smoke-Free Complex. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by tenant and members of tenant’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant and members of tenant’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by tenant, or the building where the tenant’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community, nor shall tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the Leased Premises to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living area. Tenant and members of Tenant’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the Leased Premises, or in any Landlord building, or on any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such buildings, or on other parts of the rental community. Tenant shall not permit any guests or visitors under control of Tenant to do so. As such, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Leased Premises, including, but not limited to: Any dwelling unit, including, but not limited to, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathroom, patios, balconies, unit entryway areas, and leased exterior spaces; or in the common areas of any Landlord building, community, common area, or facility. Xxxxxx has read and agrees to abide by the terms of Landlord’s No Smoking Policy set forth in Exhibit L attached to and made a part of this Lease.

Resident and authorized occupants shall not smoke anywhere in the Premises rented by Resident or any areas attached thereto such as: decks, patios, porches or the building where the Resident’s Premises is located or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community such as steps or adjoining walkways. Any smoking must be 25 feet from the complex. Nor shall Resident permit any guest or visitor of Resident to do so. Residents must inform their guests of the no-smoking policy.

Resident and members of Resident’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the Unit or on the Property. Resident shall not permit any guests or visitors under the control of Resident to smoke anywhere on the Property.

Smoke-Free Complex. Smoking is prohibited at all GHA properties and is prohibited anywhere on any GHA property, including but not limited to, all dwelling units, buildings, common areas, balconies, patios, porches, laundry rooms, mailboxes, lawns, courtyards, playgrounds, community rooms, management offices, lobbies, hallways, stairways, walkways, and parking lots.
Smoke-Free Complex. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Xxxxxx and members of Tenant's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment with no exceptions as of January 1st, 2010. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or in the building where the Tenant's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas or within 25 ft of any doorways or windows to either building, nor shall Tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not allow smoke to migrate into the Tenant’s unit, other units or common areas of the apartment complex.
