Social Security Disability. The inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or has lasted or can be expected to last for an indefinite period, as determined by a physician selected by the Committee. A Participant will be deemed disabled if he or she qualifies for Social Security disability benefits.
