Soft outcomes. The number of soft outcomes to be achieved per month is profiled as detailed in Section (v), NOMS CFO participant profile. The 33% output payment related to soft outcomes is detailed in Section (vi), NOMS financial profile. The payments will be made based upon percentage (%) achieved each quarter. Soft outcomes will be categorised and the Contractor will need to enter number achieved per category onto CATS (supporting documentation will be required); the quarterly proportion of costs will then be paid with a variance of 15% tolerance under the agreed quarterly target.
