SOLD BOARD. The Seller and Purchaser agree that the Property Practitioner be allowed to place a PRO PROPERTIES sold sign at the street frontage of the Property for a period of 90 (ninety) days from date of fulfilment of all suspensive conditions contained in this agreement. The seller will be liable for the cost if this sign is removed by the seller.

SOLD BOARD. The SELLER and the PURCHASER agree to allow the AGENT to display a “SOLD” board facing the road from the date of fulfilment of suspensive conditions herein to the date of registration of transfer.

  • The Board 6.1 The appointment, dismissal and conduct of the Board shall be regulated in accordance with this agreement and the Articles.

At least one member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert,” as such term is defined under Regulation S-K and the listing rules of the Exchange. In addition, at least a majority of the persons serving on the Board of Directors qualify as “independent,” as defined under the listing rules of the Exchange.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
