Occupation of the Property. The following additional representations and warranties shall be applicable in case the Facility is a Loan Against Property: (a) That the Borrower has given the Property on lease / leave and license/ occupancy basis to the persons and for the term specified in Schedule I to the Loan Agreement and the Borrower will not renew the leave and license without the prior consent of the Lender in writing. The Borrower however confirms that apart from a mere ‘license’ as above, the Borrower has not created and shall not create any kind of right, title or interest in favour of any person whatsoever, over or in relation to the Property or any part thereof; OR V 14.0 (b) That the Property is in the sole occupation and possession of the Borrower/Owner. The Borrower agrees and undertakes that the Borrower shall not without the prior consent of the Lender in writing (which the Lender shall in its discretion be entitled to refuse) give the Property on lease/leave or license or any occupancy basis to person or party. Occupation of the Property. Only the named guests are permitted to use or stay in the property. If you are expecting overnight visitors, you must let us or our representatives know. You and your party must not exceed at any time the numbers of sleeping places, unless by prior agreement. The owners or our representatives have a right at all times to refuse access to the property for people who are not members of the party.
Occupation of the Property. 6.1 You must not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a holiday. 6.2 The number of people staying in the Property must not exceed the advertised maximum occupancy (a baby in a crib may be permitted in addition) and the use of additional beds not provided by Us or sleeping in motor vehicles adjacent to the Property is not permitted. 6.3 You must not use the Property for any activity or in such a way as to cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. 6.4 You and your guests must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Property.
Occupation of the Property. The Tenant covenants with the Landlord:- 5.1 Not to leave the Property unoccupied for a continuous period of more than thirty one days without giving the Landlord prior written notice and taking such action as the Landlord may reasonably require as a result to safeguard the Property. 5.2 To notify the Landlord immediately in writing of any loss or damage caused to the Property from any cause whatsoever of any items of disrepair or defect in the Property and on receipt of any notice, order, direction or other thing from any competent authority affecting or likely to affect the Property. 5.3 To give the Landlord vacant possession and return the keys of the Property and the Building at the end of the Term or termination of this Agreement (however that may come about) whichever is the earlier and to remove all personal possessions, effects and rubbish from the Property, including common parts of cluster flats where applicable, and leave the Landlord's fixtures and fittings in accordance with this Agreement. 5.4 To be available at a reasonable time of day immediately before the end of the Term or termination of this Agreement (however the same may come about) to check the Inventory against those fixtures and fittings and other Landlord supplied items actually within the Property with the Landlord or its Agent. 5.5 If any of the Tenant’s personal possessions are left at the Property after the tenancy has ended, the Landlord will remove and store the Tenant’s possession for a minimum of one month. The Landlord will take reasonable steps to notify the Tenant at the last known contact address. If the items are not collected within one month, the Landlord may dispose of the items as it thinks fit (acting reasonably) and the Tenant may be liable for the reasonable costs of disposal. The reasonable costs of removal, storage and disposal may be deducted from any sale proceeds. 5.6 The Tenant agrees to be responsible for the orderly conduct of any invited guest, and any nuisance, anti-social behaviour or damage caused by them. 5.7 To continue to be enrolled as a student at Bournemouth University throughout the Term.
Occupation of the Property. 4.1 Subject to any rights the Credit Union has under the Securities and clause 13 of the Agreement, the Credit Union will not: (a) use or occupy the Property during the term of this Agreement. (b) charge any occupancy fees under this Agreement. 4.2 The Member agrees that it will: (a) occupy the Property as a co-owner of the Property, and not as a tenant or holder of any other interest. (b) occupy the Property as the Member’s principal place of residence unless the Credit Union has agreed in writing (having regard to extraordinary circumstances that are affecting the Member or the Property). For clarity, the Credit Union acknowledges that occupying the Property as a residence may include some or all of the Member’s household working or studying from the Property. (c) not purchase any other real estate (either as an individual, with other parties or as an owner of any other entity). (d) comply with all relevant legislation in respect of the Property including but not limited to the Health Act 1956, the Resource Management Act 1991 and the Building Act 2004. (e) comply with all existing registered interests in respect of the Property. (f) not use the Property or allow it to be used for any illegal activity. 4.3 The Member will meet with the Credit Union regularly at the Credit Union’s request (generally not more than once per year) and provide information about the Member’s current and predicted financial circumstances, including bank account statements showing the Member’s income, expenses, savings, current and predicted housing circumstances, including whether the Property meets current and/or predicted future housing needs, an assessment of the property for insurance purposes and any other matters relating to the Property or this Agreement. 4.4 The Member agrees that it will not grant any legal or beneficial interest in the Property to a third party without having first obtained the Credit Union’s agreement in writing. For clarity, the Member agrees that it will not sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Member Share or grant a lease or tenancy of, or a licence to occupy, the Property or any part of it. 4.5 The Credit Union may, for so long as it has a Share in the Property, arrange a property condition report at the 4.6 The Credit Union may enter and inspect the Property on reasonable notice, (except in emergency when no notice is required), at least annually.
Occupation of the Property. 4.1 You must live in the property and use it as your main home. You must notify us in writing if you are going to be absent for more than 6 weeks continuously. If you leave your home unoccupied for unreasonably long periods, we may take action to end your tenancy.

The risk in the Property will also pass to the Purchaser on the occupation date, irrespective of the date of transfer.

Occupation of the Property. You must not use The Property for any purpose other than that of a holiday or a temporary short-term residence for work, relocating or health purposes. This does not entitle you to use it as a venue for a party or social gathering; nobody other than your group who were specified at the time of the booking, is entitled to use the property or its facilities without Come & Stay’s written consent. We can not offer accommodations for longer than 31 nights as this would then be considered a Long Term Let in the eyes of HMRC. Come & Stay Ltd. Does not offer any Long Term Let services. The number of people staying in The Property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of The Booking without prior agreement. Should we find that more linen has been used than was provided to The Guest (s) by Come & Stay Ltd. we reserve the right to charge you for the extra fees we will incur to launder and transport the linen. The use of tents or sleeping in motor vehicles on site is not permitted. You must not sublet the property. You must not use the Property for any activity or in such a way as to cause nuisance or annoyance to The Owner(s), its visitors, or its neighbours. You and your guests must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to The Property, which will be communicated to you or displayed at The Property.
