SOLE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER. 24.1 This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior Agreements, oral and written, and expresses all the obligations of, or restriction imposed on, the respective parties during its term. This Agreement can be changed only by a written amendment executed by the parties hereto. The waiver in any particular instance of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof shall not constitute a waiver of such term or condition or any breach thereof in any other instance.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersedes any previous written or oral understandings relative thereto. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous policy agreements, and this Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties on the subject of wages, working conditions, hours of labor, benefits and conditions of employment, and includes all collective bargaining for the term to this Agreement. All employee benefits and rights existing before the effective date of this Agreement are superseded by this Agreement unless expressly continued herein.
