Solicitation of Company Employees. For the period of one year after the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company or any affiliate, whether voluntary or involuntary, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, retain or engage as a director, officer, employee, agent, consultant, advisor or in any other capacity any person or persons who are employed by the Company or any affiliate or who were at any time within a period of six months immediately prior to the Termination Date employed by the Company or any affiliate or otherwise interfere with the relationship between such persons and the Company or its affiliates, without the express written consent of the Company.
Solicitation of Company Employees. During the term of this Agreement and for two years thereafter, Executive will not encourage or solicit any employee of the Company to leave the Company for any reason.
Solicitation of Company Employees. I agree that while employed by the Company and for one year following the termination of my employment, I will not disrupt, damage, impair, or interfere with the business of the Company, or directly or indirectly alone or in concert with others solicit the services of any Company employee for another employer, or otherwise induce or attempt to induce such employees to terminate their employment with Adaptec.
Solicitation of Company Employees. Unless waived in writing by the Company, Executive further agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, during the course of employment and for two years after termination of his employment, solicit or attempt to entice away from the Company any director, agent or employee of the Company.
Solicitation of Company Employees. During employment and for two (2) years after the Termination Date, Employee will not solicit for employment with another Person anyone who is or was, at any time during the one year period prior to the Termination Date, an employee of the Company.
Solicitation of Company Employees. During the Noncompetition Period, Seller shall not, and shall cause any Affiliate controlled by Seller not to, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment any (i) key employee or senior management of Company or any of its Subsidiaries that is a Continuing Employee or (ii) other person who is employed as an officer of Company or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and is a Continuing Employee; provided that the foregoing restriction shall not be deemed to prohibit Seller, or any Affiliates controlled by Seller, from making general public solicitations for employment for any position or from employing any employee of Company who (A) responds to such a general solicitation for employment, (B) has had his or her employment with Company terminated by Company, for any reason, for at least of ninety (90) days or (C) otherwise contacts Seller or its Affiliates, on his or her own initiative and without solicitation by Seller, or its Affiliates.
Solicitation of Company Employees. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years following the termination of the Agreement for any reason whatsoever, Contractor shall not, either directly or indirectly, on Contractor’s own behalf or on behalf of others, solicit or hire away, or attempt to solicit or hire away, any person any person employed by the Company with whom Contractor had regular contact in the course of his relationship with the Company, regardless of whether the employment of any such person is for a determined period of time or is “at-will.”

Unless waived in writing by the Company, the Employee further agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, during the course of employment and for two (2) years after termination of his employment, solicit or attempt to entice away from the Company or its affiliates any director, agent or employee of the Company or its affiliates.

During the Employment Term, and for a period of one (1) year following the Employment Term, the Employee will not, directly or indirectly, alone or in concert with others, induce or attempt to induce for Employee’s benefit or that of any third party or solicit any of the Company’s employees, officers, suppliers, consultants, independent contractors or vendors who have held any such position or provided any goods or services to the Company at any time during twelve (12) months preceding the date of termination of the Employee’s employment for employment or other engagement by any other company which is, by any reasonable standard, in competition with the Company. The Employee understands that the above restraint is necessary in order to reduce the risk that the Company’s Confidential Information will be disclosed to and used by its competitors to its detriment.
Solicitation of Company Employees. Consultant agrees that during the Term and for a period of [ * ] thereafter, Consultant shall not, without Company’s prior written consent, recruit, solicit, or hire any employee of Company, or induce or attempt to induce any employee of Company to discontinue his or her employment relationship with Company.
