Solicitation of Executives. For so long as Executive is employed by the Company and for a period of one year following termination of employment, Executive shall not directly or indirectly encourage or solicit to leave from the Company and/or the Group’s employ, or solicit to join the employ of another person, firm or corporation any executive of the Company and/or the Group or any person who has been such as executive during the 12 (twelve) months preceding the date of termination; provided, however, that Executive may solicit any executive whose employment was terminated by the Company and/or the Group without Cause.

Solicitation of Executives. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of six months following the termination of this Agreement by either party (other than a termination of this Agreement by the Company’s failure to renew it pursuant to Section 1.01(b) above), the Executive hereby agrees not to employ, either directly or indirectly through any entity in which the Executive is an executive officer, and agrees not to solicit, or contact in any manner that could reasonably be construed as a solicitation, any executive officer or director of the Company for purposes of encouraging such person to leave or terminate his employment with the Company.
Solicitation of Executives. Executive shall not during the term of Executive’s employment and for the applicable severance period for which Executive receives severance benefits following any termination hereof pursuant to Section 12 above (regardless of whether Executive receives such severance benefits in a lump sum payment) (the “Restricted Period”), directly or indirectly, solicit or encourage to leave the employment of the Company, any executive of the Company.

Executive further agrees that, during such time, if an Executive of Company contacts Executive about prospective employment, Executive will inform such Executive that he cannot discuss the matter further without informing Company.
Solicitation of Executives. Executive agrees that during the term of Executive's employment and for two (2) years after the termination of such employment, Executive will not induce or attempt to induce any person who is an employee of Employer to leave the employ of Employer and engage in any business which competes with Employer. This provision shall not apply to those employees with whom Executive had a business relationship prior to February of 2004.

Solicitation of Executives. Executive agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of Executive’s relationship with the Company for any reason (whether with or without Cause, for Good Reason, at the option either of the Company or Executive, with or without notice), Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the Company’s Executives to leave their employment or contractors to terminate their relationship with the Company, or hire or take away such Executives or contractors, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage, hire or take away Executives or contractors of the Company, either for Executive or for any other person or entity.
