Solids a) Gross solids shall pass a bar screen with 13 mm openings between the bars and gross solids shall have a quiescent settling velocity not greater than 3 m/hr; b) The suspended solids concentration shall not exceed 500 mg/L; c) The total dissolved solids concentration shall not exceed 1500mg/L or an Electrical Conductivity (EC) of 1500 µS and, or; d) Where the Customer discharges trade waste into a sewage treatment plant involving the use of reclaimed water, then the characteristics of that trade waste must: - • Have a sodium concentration that does not exceed 200 mg/L or a total daily load of 100 kg/day, • Have a Sodium Absorption Ratio (SAR) of 5 or less, and • Have a chloride concentration that does not exceed 250 mg/L. e) No fibrous material which in the opinion of the Corporation is likely to cause obstructions in the sewer or drain shall be present.

Solids. 5.2.1 Gross solids shall pass a bar screen with 20 mm openings between the bars and gross solids shall have a quiescent settling velocity not greater than 3m/hr. 5.2.2 The suspended solids concentration shall not exceed 600 mg/L. 5.2.3 The total dissolved solids concentration shall not exceed 1000 mg/L or 1600 microS/cm. 5.2.4 The sodium concentration shall not exceed 200 mg/L. 5.2.5 No fibrous material which in the opinion of the Corporation is likely to cause obstructions in the sewer or drain shall be present.

Solids. Pathogenic and biological waste bags. . Paper, cardboard, wood, cloth and plastics and up to 10% tramp metals (S.S., copper, zinc, iron, etc.) . Absorbent material such as diatomaceous earth (DE), solca-floc, and vandermiculite . Haloginated plastics (PVC, Teflon, etc.).

Solids. The mixed liquor suspended solids shall not exceed the average of the previous twelve monthly-averages. Grit, Scum, Screenings, and Ash - Maximum volume shall not exceed a typical one week's production based on normal operating procedures. Wastes such as trash (paper goods), scrap (old parts), etc. should normally not be allowed to accumulate on site. At the time of the evaluation, no more than one week's supply of this waste, such as that described above, shall be present.

Solids. (a) Gross solids must not be discharged unless first passed through a bar screen with maximum 10mm openings. (b) The Occupier must not discharge any fibrous material reasonably likely to cause obstructions in the sewer, nor discharge any abrasive material reasonably likely to cause damage to the Corporation’s sewerage pumping mechanisms.

Chemical Substances Supplier warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Products is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Supplier for Products shall be provided to DXC prior to shipment of the Products and shall be complete and accurate.
Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.

Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored or used on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.
Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.
TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.
Pressure The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG at a pressure of below 49 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:
NOISE/WASTE The Tenant agrees not to commit waste on the premises, maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. The Tenant further agrees to abide by any and all local, county, and State noise ordinances.
Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).
Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.
