Common use of Span of Ordinary Hours Clause in Contracts

Span of Ordinary Hours. 4.1.1.1 Ordinary hours of work may be worked at any time of the day or night. 4.1.1.2 Ordinary hours of work may be worked on any day. 4.1.1.3 Ordinary hours of work may be worked on a public holiday.
