Span of Ordinary Hours. 4.1.1.1 Ordinary hours of work may be worked at any time of the day or night.
4.1.1.2 Ordinary hours of work may be worked on any day.
4.1.1.3 Ordinary hours of work may be worked on a public holiday.
Span of Ordinary Hours. 13.1 The span of ordinary hours for all employees shall be between 5am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Span of Ordinary Hours. The span of ordinary hours of work for a day worker are between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Span of Ordinary Hours is the period during the day when employees may work and may record and accrue credit for time worked.

Span of Ordinary Hours. (a) The ordinary span of work hours for an Employee is between:
(i) 0700 (7.00am) to 2100 (9.00pm) hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; and
(ii) 0900 (9.00am) to 1300 (1.00pm) hours Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
(b) Employees will be entitled to penalty rates in accordance with clause 23 of this Agreement if they work outside the ordinary span of work hours.
Span of Ordinary Hours. 24.3.1 For all Employees other than those engaged in positions within the Camping and Accommodation Staff Grades Classifications, the span of ordinary hours shall be between: 5.00am and 11.30pm Mondays to Fridays, and 6.00am and 10.00pm Saturdays and Sundays
24.3.2 For Employees engaged in positions within the Camping and Accommodation Staff Grades Classifications, the span of ordinary hours shall be between: 7.00am and 7.00pm Mondays to Fridays.
24.3.3 In special circumstances, including but not limited to a heat wave or community event, which require the YMCA Workplace to remain open for an extended period of time (which may be until the time of opening on the following day), the span of ordinary hours of work will be extended to match the extended opening period. This clause only applies to YMCA Workplaces managed or operated by the Employer under contract with Local Government and will not be relied upon by a YMCA Workplace more than once each calendar year.
Span of Ordinary Hours. 11.2.1 The span of ordinary hours is from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
11.2.2 However, the Employer may request that an Employee work ordinary hours on one Evening per week, Monday to Friday, without a penalty loading applying to that work. An Employee may refuse the request on reasonable grounds including, but not limited to, where an Employee has primary carer responsibilities.
Span of Ordinary Hours. 3.4.1. All ordinary hours of work will be worked between 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, unless otherwise expressly noted in this Agreement or otherwise agreed to under clause 1.12.1 (Individual Flexibility Arrangement).
3.4.2. Ordinarily, no more than eight (8) ordinary hours of work (exclusive of meal breaks) are to be worked in any one day based on operational needs as determined by NextSense and as agreed to by the Employee. By consent between NextSense and the Employee, an Employee may work up to ten (10) ordinary hours of work in one day.
3.4.3. Work performed in excess of ordinary hours, when appropriately approved by NextSense and not otherwise expressly excluded by any other clause in this agreement, will be paid at overtime rates in accordance with clause 5.10, with reference to clause 2.6.10 for part-time Employees.
3.4.4. Unless otherwise agreed, or due to change of rosters or unforeseen circumstances, all Employees will ordinarily be entitled to a minimum of ten (10) hours break between finishing work on one day and commencing work on the next.
Span of Ordinary Hours. 24.1 The span of hours during which ordinary hours may be worked for Employee classifications specified in Section 16 are 6.00 a.m. – midnight Monday to Sunday inclusive.
