Special Areas. A. Ground Floor Tenants These specifications shall include ground floor tenants if specifically required by Owner's Agent. If cleaning of ground floor tenant space by Owner's Agent is not required, then the Contractor may negotiate directly with the Tenant for cleaning of the space.
B. Private Restrooms, Kitchen, Lunchrooms and Computer Rooms Cleaning of these special areas is included as part of these specifications, insofar as the Owner's Agent is required to maintain such areas.
