Special Arrangements for Sea-Going Employees. Employees performing duty at sea will receive EDFA and EDL in accordance with the provisions for field work in the department as set out above. These employees, when they are required to remain at sea on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday without working will accrue a leave credit (on a time for time basis) up to a maximum of 7 hours 30 minutes per day. The department will develop and issue EA Guidelines on the application of this clause. During the life of the agreement the parties agree to review the application of this Clause 63.
