The sizes of the booths will be determined by the CHAMBER, and cannot be more than 2.80 m in height, cannot overlap with the neighboring booths and corridors, and cannot be pierced and anchored. Only double-sided tapes can be used for carpets and similar materials to be fixed on the floor, and it is necessary to clean these tapes from the booth while dismantling of the booth. Adhesive materials are strictly forbid- den. CHAMBER leaves a power outlet for the COMPANY at any place in the booth area for electricity use. The COMPANY is responsible for the distribution of electricity. The COMPANY is responsible for any kind of damage and hazard given to the HOTEL facilities. It is not allowed to bring decorative items or similar items without the permission of the HOTEL management and CHAMBER. Even upon the approval of the HOTEL and CHAMBER, the COMPANY is responsible for any kind of damages and losses caused by these goods and materials.
