Hotel Facilities definition

Hotel Facilities means and includes all the physical and other facilities
Hotel Facilities means (i) the Lands, (ii) the Improvements, (iii) the Hotel Related Facilities,
Hotel Facilities shall have the meaning given in Section 12.1.

  • Tenant shall at all times carry a full and complete stock of merchandise, food and beverages offered for sale with a quality and at competitive prices consistent with those of similar major first-class Hotel Facilities with an Upscale or better STR Chain Scale ratings in compliance with all Ground Lease requirements, and for no other purpose.

  • Such landscaping as may be reasonably required to provide an attractive development consistent with major first-class Hotel Facilities with an Upscale or better STR Chain Scale rating and the standards for the Berkeley Marina.

  • Tenant shall, during such hours and on all such days as comparable Hotel Restaurant facilities are customarily open for business, continuously use and operate the Improvements and Premises solely as major first-class Hotel Facilities, with an Upscale or better STR Chain Scale rating.

  • As otherwise provided in this Ground Lease, Tenant’s continued operation and maintenance of Hotel Facilities under a Brand/Flag/Chain with an STR Chain Scale rating of Upscale or better, and in full compliance with Tenant’s then-Franchise Agreement, are material obligations of this Ground Lease.

  • The Hotel shall make available all Hotel Facilities within a reasonable period of time in order for OCC to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Tenant’s continued operation and maintenance of first-class Hotel Facilities, with an STR Chain Scale rating of “Upscale” or better rating, are both crucial requirements of this Ground Lease.

  • You and your Guests or Visitors must cooperate and comply with any reasonable requirements of and with any policies of the Hotel and the Hotel Facilities as may apply from time to time.

  • The current Premises Hotel Facilities are first-class, and the Hotel Facilities’ current Brand/Flag/Chain, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, is rated Upscale on the STR Chain Scale.


More Definitions of Hotel Facilities

Hotel Facilities means that portion of the Common Elements consisting of the front desk, restaurant, conference rooms, fitness rooms, linen closets not included within Units, janitor closets, laundry rooms, offices, lobby areas, mechanical rooms, parking areas, recreation areas and other areas of the Common Elements which are required or reasonably convenient for the use and operation of a hotel facility.
Hotel Facilities means all facilities of whatever nature on the Company property which are from time to time in the ordinary course of the conduct of the Hotel Business made available to guests of the hotel;
Hotel Facilities means those parts of the building and common areas set aside for use by or sold by the seller to the hotel operator for operating the hotel and providing the hotel services;
Hotel Facilities means (i) the Lands, (ii) the Improvements, (iii) the Hotel Related Facilities, (iv) any related buildings and improvements which in the future may be owned or leased by the Owner, and (v) all entrances, exits, rights of ingress and egress, licenses and easements related to any of (i) through (iv) above.
Hotel Facilities means all hotel improvements, structures and facilities to be constructed by the Developer pursuant to the Certificate or in the City of Hammond, Indiana.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
