SPECIAL CONDITIONS Article I.1 – Subject matter. I.1.1 The subject matter of the FWC is the provision of the activities in the following two main areas: (i) providing support to the GSMC security monitoring mission by supplying securi- ty expertise in the field of information security, and more specifically, in the area of inci- dent handling for the whole Galileo system, and (ii) providing cyber security expertise support to both GSMC and GSA. The scope of the activities can be divided in six tasks: • Task 1: Contractor’s own project management and reportingTask 2: Operational support to the GSMC Security Monitoring mission • Task 3: Cyber security expertise support to the GSMC • Task 4: Cyber security expertise support to the GSA Security DepartmentTask 5: Remote operational support to the GSMC Security Monitoring mission • Task 6: Reinforcement of the GSMC security monitoring mission

This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits.   • HHSC SPECIAL CONDITIONS The terms and conditions of these Special Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of the Contract. Capitalized items used in these Special Conditions and not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned to them in HHSC Uniform Terms and Conditions -Grant- Version 2.16.1

  • Application of General Conditions These General Conditions set forth the terms and conditions generally applicable to the Development Grant Agreement to the extent and subject to any modifications set forth in such agreement.”

  • Agreements Relating to Sentencing 10. The government agrees to recommend that the Court impose a sentence of imprisonment within the applicable guidelines range and to make no further recommendation concerning what sentence of imprisonment should be imposed.

  • SPECIAL CONDITION With respect to Liability to the Fund or its shareholders, and subject to applicable state and federal law, the Board Member shall be indemnified pursuant to this Section 1 against any Liability unless such Liability arises by reason of the Board Member’s willful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence, or reckless disregard of the duties involved in the conduct of his or her office as defined in such Section 17(h) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (“Disabling Conduct”).
