Special Education and Section 504. Dallas ISD will provide special or regular education and related services to all disabled students in the Dallas ISD prekindergarten program. Dallas ISD agrees to provide to Provider’s teachers the necessary special education and Section 504 information to assist Provider’s teacher in implementing a disabled student’s IEP or Section 504 plan.

Special Education and Section 504. Provider’s teachers shall assist in the identification of disabled students under federal and state Child Find requirements and shall assist in the delivery of special education services as identified in students’ individualized education programs (IEPs) or Section 504 plans. Provider’s teachers shall provide parents with Child Find information if a disability is suspected with any Dallas ISD student, and shall notify campus administration and the classroom teacher of such provision of information.
Special Education and Section 504. The District shall provide, maintain and oversee the School’s Special Education program and programs for students with disabilities. The District and the OP shall comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including but not limited to the IDEA and Section 504.
