Common use of Special Education Individual Education Clause in Contracts

Special Education Individual Education. Plan (IEP) Conferences. Occupational therapists, physical therapists, resource room teachers, self-contained teachers, speech and language pathologists and nurses only will be paid for preparation of evaluation and IEP documents or required attendance at evaluation and IEP meetings or conferences which are held outside the workday and WAC time. Payment for these activities will be at per diem up to twenty-five (25) hours per school year (September 1 through August 31) per 1.0 FTE for the positions listed in this Section.
