Special Events and Exceptions. There may be planned operational requirements outside of normal working hours. These requirements will be met either by:
(a) Team members who are not on call who will receive a payment as set out in Appendix 1 for any hours worked up to 5 hours (which may include more than one job) a payment as set out in Appendix 1 for any hours worked between 5 and 9 hours (which may include more than one job) or;
(b) Casual team members (paid as per clause 11.3) or;
(c) An agreement between the parties on an alternative arrangement which may include shiftwork.
(d) Team members who complete work that is an exception and meet the criteria as detailed under clause 10.6 safety net are able to claim additional hours payments in 1 hour or 2 hour block as set out in Appendix 1.
