Overnight Allowance Sample Clauses

Overnight Allowance. 5.5.1 For any school camp or trip where an employee (other than a full time 52 week salaried employee) is required to attend and stay overnight, an allowance of $65 per night shall be paid. By mutual agreement, time in lieu may be substituted for this overnight allowance. 5.5.2 Full time employees employed on a salary paid at entitlement rate for all weeks of the year who are required to stay overnight shall receive an overnight allowance of $20 per night.
Overnight Allowance. 5.4.1 An employee who is required to stay overnight on any school camp or trip shall receive an overnight allowance of $20 per night.
Overnight AllowanceWhere the employer requires the employee(s) to stay overnight on the employer’s business and in the course of his/her employment the employee shall be paid in accordance with the employer’s Travel and Accommodation Policy as per Schedule A attached to this agreement.
Overnight Allowance. 4.2.1 Staff who are directed to be away from their normal place of work on Polytechnic business may claim a minimum allowance of $12.16 from date of ratification 2024 and then $12.65 with effect from 01 January 2025 per day whilst away from home in New Zealand which will include the days of travel to and from their destination. For travel overseas, the amount will be negotiated prior to the time of travel. This allowance does not apply to staff whose primary role includes overseas travel. 4.2.2 This allowance will be paid without receipts.
Overnight Allowance. 5.4.1 For any school camp or school trip, where the employee is required to be in attendance (including staying overnight) the employee will be paid at the minimum adult wage rate for any hours worked between 6pm and 8am. Note: For avoidance of doubt, these hours must be paid, whether or not the employee is required by circumstance to be awake in the night. 5.4.2 By mutual agreement, time in lieu may be substituted.
Overnight Allowance. When the Government cannot provide a campsite, and if authorized by the user unit and property receipted and invoiced, actual lodging expenses (double occupancy) incurred by the Contractor are reimbursable. While in travel status to or from incidents actual lodging expenses are reimbursable. The maximum allowable lodging rates per room, excluding taxes shall not exceed the current standard Continental United States (CONUS) lodging rates. Any associated lodging taxes are reimbursable as documented on the lodging invoice.
Overnight AllowanceWhere an employee is required to stay overnight, the employee shall receive: i) $30.00 per night when using the sleeper within the truck; or ii) $60.00 per night elsewhere
Overnight Allowance. (1) Where an employee is required to sleep overnight in the sleeper cab/ day cab of a vehicle, the employee shall be paid an allowance of $60.00 per night, and the meal allowance (2) Where an employee is required to sleep overnight and no sleeper cab is fitted to a vehicle, an employee shall be paid an allowance of $60.00 per night in addition to the employer paying for a meal and lodging. (3) No employee is permitted to consume any alcohol when required to sleep overnight and drive a business vehicle the following day.
Overnight Allowance. Those employees whose duties require them to stay overnight away from the branch shall receive a daily living away from home allowance as set out in Appendix B: Allowances. This allowance is intended to compensate employees for the costs associated with purchasing an evening meal and breakfast the following morning. Given employees will be paid the following week or month (for salaried employees), they may choose to forego this allowance should they not wish to use their own money to pay for the evening meal and/or breakfast and elect to have the meals paid by the Company, in accordance with Company Policy.
