Full-time Team Members. 22.1.1 The following rostering principles apply to full time team members: (a) 38 hours per week Monday to Friday; (b) Up to a maximum of 7.6 hours per day, provided that a team member may be rostered up to a maximum of 8 hours on not more than one day in a week (excluding meal breaks); (c) By mutual agreement, a team member may be rostered to work up to a maximum of 8 hours on more than one day in any week (excluding meal breaks); and (d) A minimum break of ten hours between the team member’s finishing time on one engagement (including overtime) and commencing time on the next engagement.
Full-time Team Members. 36.2.1 Full-time team members will be required to work a total of 152 ordinary hours per four (4) week cycle, unless otherwise agreed as detailed in Clause 36.1, spanning over Monday to Sunday inclusive each week. The following arrangements apply to full-time team members. 36.2.2 All ordinary hours are to be worked with a minimum of six (6) hours and a maximum of ten (10) hours per shift, but up to 11.5 ordinary hours may be worked by agreement between the team member and the Employer. 36.2.3 Subject to Clause 36.5, overtime shall not be payable unless the total time worked exceeds 152 hours per four (4) week cycle. Overtime shall be paid at the rates prescribed in Clause 36.5 of this Agreement. Overtime in excess of 152 hours will be paid at the end of the four (4) week cycle or is outside the team member’s rostered hours. Overtime outside of team members rostered hours shall be paid in the fortnightly pay period worked. 36.2.4 All ordinary hours worked from midnight Friday to midnight Saturday will be paid at the ordinary rate of pay plus 50% and from midnight Saturday to midnight Sunday at the ordinary rate of pay plus 100%. 36.2.5 Full-time team members are entitled to at least eight (8) periods containing 24 consecutive hours off work each four week period. 36.2.6 A Full time team member cannot be rostered to work without a break of at least 48 hours, where the team member completes a shift that finishes after 12am and the team members next shift commences prior to 12pm. 36.2.7 A maximum of ten (10) consecutive days may be worked in any 14 day cycle. 36.2.8 Provided that organisational requirements are met and subject to the objectives of this Agreement, full time team members may request conversion to part-time or casual employment. Approval is at the Employer’s discretion.
Full-time Team Members. (a) Full time team members are those team members engaged to work 152 hours per four week cycle. (b) On commencement of employment or change of Roster full time team members will be advised of: (i) their ordinary hours of work per four week cycle; and (ii) the days of the week that such ordinary hours are to be performed and their daily starting and finishing times.
Full-time Team Members. Remuneration to be paid to full time team members will include on-call allowance if the team member participates in the on-call system as defined in Clause 10.4. In the event that a team member only participates in the on-call system for part of the roster their entitlement to the allowance will be pro-rated based upon the period to which they were "on call".
Full-time Team Members. (a) Full-time Team Members shall be scheduled to work shifts of either eight (8) hours per day or ten (10) hours per day unless specifically indicated below in 4.01(b). The Employer may schedule split shifts only for Banquets. (b) Full-time Team Members in the classifications of Banquet Server, Banquet Bartender and Banquet Captain are permitted to work shifts of any length, including shifts of less than four (4) hours. (c) Full-time Team Members assigned to eight (8) hour shifts shall have five (5) consecutive shifts per week, all on the same shift and full-time Team Members assigned to ten

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder.   • Full-Time Status In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Employer; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.
