Special Federal Rights in Data for Research, Development, Demonstration, and Special Studies Projects. In general, FTA’s purpose in providing Federal assistance for a research, development, demonstration, or special studies Project is to increase transportation knowledge, rather than limit the benefits of the Project to Project participants. Therefore, when the Project is completed, the Recipient agrees to provide a Project report that FTA may publish or make available for publication on the Internet. In addition, the Recipient agrees to provide other reports pertaining to the Project that FTA may request. The Recipient agrees to identify clearly any specific confidential, privileged, or proprietary information it submits to FTA. In addition, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing, the Recipient of Federal assistance to support a research, development, demonstration, or a special studies Project agrees that, in addition to the rights in data and copyrights that it must provide to the Federal Government as set forth in Subsection 18.c of this Master Agreement, FTA may make available to any FTA recipient, subrecipient, third party contractor, third party subcontractor or other participant at any tier of the Project, either FTA’s license in the copyright to the subject data or a copy of the subject data. If the Project is not completed for any reason whatsoever, all data developed under the Project shall become subject data as defined in Subsection 18.a of this Master Agreement and shall be delivered as the Federal Government may direct. This Subsection 18.d, however, does not apply to adaptations of automatic data processing equipment or programs for the Recipient’s use when the costs thereof are financed with Federal assistance through an FTA capital program.

  • Additional Information for Product Development Projects Outcome of product development efforts, such copyrights and license agreements. • Units sold or projected to be sold in California and outside of California. • Total annual sales or projected annual sales (in dollars) of products developed under the Agreement. • Investment dollars/follow-on private funding as a result of Energy Commission funding. • Patent numbers and applications, along with dates and brief descriptions.  Additional Information for Product Demonstrations: • Outcome of demonstrations and status of technology. • Number of similar installations. • Jobs created/retained as a result of the Agreement.

  • Special Studies Providing planning services, site evaluations, environmental studies, or comparative studies of prospective sites, preparing special surveys, studies, and submissions required under Applicable Law.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Development cooperation 1. The Parties recognise that development cooperation is a crucial element of their Partnership and an essential factor in the realisation of the objectives of this Agreement as laid down in Article 1. This cooperation can take financial and non-financial forms.

  • Technical Feasibility of String While ICANN has encouraged and will continue to encourage universal acceptance of all top-­‐level domain strings across the Internet, certain top-­‐level domain strings may encounter difficulty in acceptance by ISPs and webhosters and/or validation by web applications. Registry Operator shall be responsible for ensuring to its satisfaction the technical feasibility of the TLD string prior to entering into this Agreement.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
