Capital Program definition

Capital Program means a group of related judicial branch courthouse construction, renovation, and facility modification projects, subprograms, and program activities for which the Judicial Council’s Facilities Services has responsibility to oversee and manage.
Capital Program means the multi-year plan adopted by the Board and Council respecting intended expenditures for Capital Projects;
