Special meanings. 13.1 In Our Customer Terms: charge means a charge specified in Our Customer Terms. credit card means any credit or charge card accepted by us as a form of payment from time to time. customer means a person who contracts with us for a service (including for supply of that service to another person) or who otherwise acquires a service from us, or who seeks to do either of these.
