Defence Personnel definition

Defence Personnel means personnel of armed forces (viz. Army, Navy and Air Force) and covers widows / dependents of those who died in war, war disabled, disabled during performance of official duty, widows / dependent of those members of Armed Forces who died in harness due to attributable causes and disabled in peace due to attributable causes and ex-servicemen.
Defence Personnel means an employee of the Department of Defence or a member of the Australian Defence Force (whether of the Permanent Forces or Reserves as defined in the Defence Act 1903 (Cth)) and the equivalents from other organisations on exchange to Defence.

Defence Personnel means serving personnel of three wings of Armed Forces

As per aforesaid letter, the persons who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs and whose family has gross annual income below Rs. 4.00 Lakh (Rupee four Lakh only) are to be identified as EWSs for benefit of reservation. Income shall also include income from all sources i.e.salary, agriculture, business, profession etc. for the financial year prior to the year of application. Also be excluded from being identified as EWS, irrespective of the family income:-
Defence Personnel means Defence’s employees, officers, contractors (including subcontractors), agents and representatives and includes the employees, officers, agents and representatives of contractors.

These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
