Special Protective Workwear. Where personalised special protective workwear is required, such as prescription boots and glasses, replacement items must be approved by the company. Where glasses are replaced, these shall be approved prescription safety glass. Where the company has provided such items and the employee does not use them and damages their own personal items, the company shall not be liable for the replacement of the employee’s personal items.
