Special Responsibilities. In the event that an employee agrees to perform special responsibilities, UCOL may at its discretion agree to pay a higher duties allowance. The granting of any higher duties allowance will be confirmed in writing to the employee. The confirmation will define the responsibilities and the period for which the allowance will be paid.

Special Responsibilities. Errands: I understand that I will accept some responsibility for transportation of family members and running errands, and that my responsibilities in these areas may override my own desires and interests in using the car. General: I agree that I must be responsible to drive safely and that my parents must believe that I am a relatively responsible person in order to permit me to drive. As a condition for driving, I will take care of my general responsibilities, including school work, employment, and household duties. I will maintain a generally good attitude, conduct, and good will. I understand that my parents may suspend my driving privileges if they judge that I am failing to show responsibility. However, I have a right to ask that their expectations of me in this regard be clear. Therefore, my parents agree to enter into a written agreement about the nature of "being responsible" if I request this. I agree to abide by the rules in this contract and I accept the consequences and penalties if I do not. I recognize my parent's authority in deciding whether I may drive.   • Financial Responsibilities Provider shall, at its sole expense:

  • General Responsibilities Issuer hereby engages Distributor to act as exclusive distributor of the shares of each class of the Funds. The Funds subject to this Agreement as of the date hereof are identified on SCHEDULE A, which may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 11 below. Sales of a Fund's shares shall be made only to investors residing in those states in which such Fund is registered. After effectiveness of each Fund’s registration statement, Distributor will hold itself available to receive, as agent for the Fund, and will receive by mail, telex, telephone, or such other method as may be agreed upon between Distributor and Issuer, orders for the purchase of Fund shares, and will accept or reject such orders on behalf of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Fund’s prospectus. Distributor will be available to transmit orders, as promptly as possible after it accepts such orders, to the Fund’s transfer agent for processing at the shares’ net asset value next determined in accordance with the prospectuses.

  • Additional Responsibilities You agree to: reasonably clean and maintain Covered Items; not harm/damage a Covered Item or Component; provide a safe working environment for Contractors; not damage property of a Contractor; and not threaten/harm us or a Contractor via phone, email, personal interaction, internet, social media or otherwise.
