Common use of Special Skills Clause in Contracts

Special Skills. When a particular employee with special skills, knowledge or qualifications is needed to perform the work, the Employer is not required to offer voluntary overtime assignments. These may include, but are not limited to, Canine Officers, SWAT team members, Task Force, Detectives, DARE or other specialized assignments not mentioned. Nothing in this section limits the employer to the number and type of specialized and skilled personnel employed.
