Special Test Equipment. The contractor must obtain Contracting Officer approval through Lockheed Xxxxxx before acquiring or fabricating special test equipment at Government expense unless the equipment is itemized in this contract.
Special Test Equipment. (STE) AND FACILITIES - Unless specifically provided to the contrary in this purchase order, Seller warrants that the price set forth in this purchase order does not include; (a) any amount representing rent for the use of Government-owned (ST), (STE) or Facilities capital cost of money (FAC) or (b) as a direct charge to this purchase order, the cost of any (ST), (STE) or (FAC) as the same are defined in subpart 2.1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Special Test Equipment. The clause set forth in FAR 52.245-18, "Special Test Equipment", is incorporated by reference, except that "thirty (30) days" in paragraphs (b) and (c) is changed to "sixty (60) days"; the words "Buyer or" are inserted before the words "...the Government shall not be obligated..." in paragraph (c); and the following provision is added to the end of paragraph (b): "Notification required by this clause shall contain the following information for each item of special test equipment or components thereof: (i) a list of alternate items that could be used; (ii) estimated cost; (iii) function; (iv) technical justification for this item; and (v) date item is required (if this date is within sixty (60) days of the date of the notification, give reason for the late notice)".
Special Test Equipment. When this clause is included in a fixed-price type contract, consent to subcontract is required only on unpriced contract actions (including unpriced modifications or unpriced delivery orders), and only if required in accordance with paragraph (d) or (e) of this clause.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must: (i) register the premises with your retailer or with us; and (ii) provide medical confirmation for the premises. (b) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the Rules, your premises may cease to be registered as having life support equipment if medical confirmation is not provided to us or your retailer.

  • Mandatory equipment (a) All Employees engaged to work on site will be supplied with safety footwear and safety helmets appropriate to the work that they perform before commencing work on a project. The safety footwear will be of an equivalent standard to those made by: (i) Steel Blue; (ii) Xxxxxx; and (iii) Mongrel Boots. (b) These items must be worn at all times as instructed during the site induction process. (c) Helmets must not be painted, drilled or modified in any way. Damaged and/or worn footwear and helmets will be replaced on demand.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.
