Specialty Applications. Where fall arrest is concerned, there are many applications that are highly specialized which require Full Body Harnesses with special materials, features or construction. Below is a short summary of some of the specialty FBH products manufactured by FallTech.   • Third-Party Applications Oracle or third party providers may offer Third Party Applications. Except as expressly set forth in the Estimate/Order Form, Oracle does not warrant any such Third Party Applications, regardless of whether or not such Third Party Applications are provided by a third party that is a member of an Oracle partner program or otherwise designated by Oracle as “Built For NetSuite,” "certified," "approved" or “recommended.” Any procurement by Customer of such Third Party Applications or services is solely between Customer and the applicable third party provider. Customer may not use Third Party Applications to enter and/or submit transactions to be processed and/or stored in the NetSuite CPQ, unless Customer has procured the applicable subscription to the NetSuite CPQ for such use and access. Oracle is not responsible for any aspect of such Third Party Applications that Customer may procure or connect to through the NetSuite CPQ, or any interoperation, descriptions, promises, or other information related to the foregoing. If Customer installs or enables Third Party Applications for use with the NetSuite CPQ, Customer agrees that Oracle may enable such third party providers to access Customer Data for the interoperation of such Third Party Applications with the NetSuite CPQ, and any exchange of data or other interaction between Customer and a third party provider is solely between Customer and such third party provider pursuant to a separate privacy policy or other terms governing Customer’s access to or use of the Third Party Applications. Oracle shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Customer Data resulting from any such access by Third Party Applications or third party providers. No procurement of such Third Party Applications is required to use the NetSuite CPQ. If Customer was referred to Oracle by a member of one of Oracle’s partner programs, Customer hereby authorizes Oracle to provide such member or its successor entity with access to Customer’s business information related to the procurement and use of the NetSuite CPQ pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to User names and email addresses, support cases and billing/payment information.

  • Seniority Application Except under extraordinary circumstances, vacations, shifts, shift transfers and regular days off shall be scheduled with due regard for the needs of the agency, seniority, and employee preference. The state and the PBA understand that there may be times when the needs of the agency will not permit such scheduling.

  • General Application The rules set forth below in this Article IV shall apply for the purposes of determining each Member’s general allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss or expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss of the Company for each Fiscal Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 4.4 shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 4.3.

  • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.

  • Area of application This Agreement shall apply to investments made by investors of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party both before and after the entry into force of this Agreement.

  • General Assembly Appropriation The Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that the financial assistance provided under this Agreement is entirely subject to, and contingent upon, the availability of funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purposes set forth in this Agreement and in Chapter 164 of the Revised Code. The Recipient further acknowledges and agrees that none of the duties and obligations imposed by this Agreement on the Director shall be binding until the Recipient has complied with all applicable provisions of Chapter 164 of the Revised Code and Chapter 164-1 of the Administrative Code and until the Recipient has acquired and committed all funds necessary for the full payment of the Matching Funds applicable to the Project.
