Specific Excluded. Activities When the following ground disturbing activities are proposed for any project locations not meeting the Qualifying Criteria, they will be considered excluded from further review by the SHPO or ACHP because the activities have limited potential to adversely affect historic properties (some exceptions noted in italics below). The RE will document how the project meets these specific excluded activities on an Excluded from SHPO Review Form for submittal to the IEDA HPS.
