SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTS. 8.1 Sandhill will not be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused by or resulting from any variation for whatsoever reason in the manufacturer’s specifications or technical data and will not be reasonable for any loss or damage resulting from curtailment or cessation of supply following such variation. Sandhill will use its reasonable endeavours to advise the Customer of any such impending variation as soon as it receives any such notice thereof from the manufacturer.
8.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the Products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard specifications as these may be improved, substituted or modified. Sandhill reserves the right to increase its quoted or listed price, or to charge accordingly, in respect of any orders accepted for Products of non-standard specifications and in no circumstances will it consider cancellation of such orders or the return of such orders.

SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTS. 8.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any description which is given or applied to the Products:
8.1.1 is only for the purpose of identifying the products; and
8.1.2 shall not make this agreement a sale by description; and
8.1.3 is not relied on by the Customer when entering into this agreement
8.2 Man and Machine will not be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused by or resulting from:
8.2.1 any variation for whatsoever reason in the manufacturer’s specifications or technical data; or
8.2.2 curtailment or cessation of supply following such variation
8.3 Man and Machine will advise the Customer of any such impending variation as soon as the manufacturer notifies Man and Machine
8.4 Unless otherwise agreed, Man and Machine supplies the Products in accordance with the manufacturer’s
SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTS. Unless otherwise agreed the Products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard specifications from time to time. DIGBITS reserves the right to change specifications or descrip- tions shown in DIGBITS catalogue and invoices without notice. Products delivered will be the specification current at the time of delivery, which may have been changed from that at the time of the order.
SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTS. (1) Insofar as nothing contrary is agreed, the condition of the goods is specified exclusively by the specifications in writing. Only the condition described in our specifications is considered as condition of the goods. Public statements, comments and sales promotion shall not specify the condition of the goods.
(2) Characteristics of models, samples and drawings shall not be binding, unless they are agreed on as condition of the goods in terms of warranted characteristics explicitly.
(3) Information about the condition of the goods and their durability shall not constitute a warranty or an independent guarantee, unless agreed on and qualified as such explicitly.
(4) Information concerning the physical properties of goods (e.g. in the technical data sheet) are only average values. Inevitable deviations due to production and fixing of the information are reserved. They are only considered as a defect if they cause a substantial change of the material qualities of the goods or the final product.
(5) We do not give a warranty for the final products, which are manufactured with the delivered components. In particular, we are not liable for the working or application of these final products. Application, utilization and processing of these products are not carried out under our supervision, and therefore they exclusively belong to the sphere of the buyer.
(6) Our technical advices (verbally, in writing or by tests) are based on our best knowledge. However, they are only non-binding advices. The buyer is responsible to ensure that no third party's rights are infringed with respect to the proceedings and purposes envisaged.

8.5 Concept Coders reserves the right to increase its quoted or listed prices, or to charge accordingly in respect of any orders accepted for Products of non-standard specifications and in no circumstances will Concept Coders consider cancellation of such orders or the return of such orders.

As these may be improved, substituted or modified, Keswick Computer Services Ltd reserves the right to increase its quoted or listed price, or to charge accordingly in respect of any orders accepted for Products of the Products.

8.3 Syscomm will use its reasonable endeavors to advise the Customer of any variation known to Syscomm.
